MySuxess supports 70+ optional integrations across categories including email and calendar (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar), messaging (Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Zoom), productivity (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday), CRM and finance (Salesforce, Stripe, Razorpay, QuickBooks, Plaid), developer tools (GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, Sentry), and e-commerce, marketing, and support tools (Shopify, Mailchimp, Zendesk, and others). When you connect an integration, we access only the data necessary to execute the AI missions you request. This may include:

We do not train our own foundation models. We may use anonymised and aggregated mission outcome data (e.g., which prompt variations succeed or fail) to tune the instructions our AI agents use — not to train a model on your content. We do not use your personal mission content (including specific emails, financial data, or confidential documents from integrations) in this process in a way that could allow another user to surface your information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
We send mission prompts and relevant context data to Anthropic (Claude AI models) to execute missions. This data is processed under Anthropic's API terms, which prohibit them from using your data to train their models without your consent. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
If you optionally connect your own API key for additional AI providers — such as OpenAI (chat, vision, transcription, image generation), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), or Perplexity AI (web search) — mission data relevant to that feature is sent to the provider you connected, under the terms of your own account with them. We only send data to these providers if you have connected them.
We use third-party providers for hosting, databases, error monitoring, email delivery, and payment processing. All providers are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.
Key providers include: cloud hosting (AWS or equivalent), payment processing (Stripe, Razorpay), error monitoring (Sentry), and email delivery (transactional email provider).
When you initiate a mission that sends data to a connected service (e.g., creating a Notion page, sending a Slack message), that data is subject to the third party's own privacy policy.
If you create a Digital Avatar and share its public link, the Avatar chat interface is accessible to anyone with the link. Only the information you provided during the Avatar interview is made available through this interface. You control who you share the link with and can delete your Avatar at any time.
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MySuxess, our users, or the public.
If MySuxess is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

MySuxess operates primarily from the United Kingdom/India and uses cloud infrastructure that may process data in multiple regions including the United States and European Union. When transferring personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) where applicable.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us immediately at asharanchess@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
