By accessing or using MySuxess ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
MySuxess provides an AI-powered Chief of Staff platform that deploys specialist AI agents to automate business operations. The Service includes:
MySuxess uses Anthropic's Claude AI models to power its AI capabilities. The quality and availability of AI responses depend on third-party model availability and are subject to those providers' terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated. Accounts using false information may be suspended.
MySuxess offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Max subscription plans. Plan features, mission limits, and pricing are described at mysuxess.com/#pricing and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder before annual renewals.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice by email. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
We offer a 7-day refund for new paid subscriptions if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may offer prorated refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.
The Free plan is provided as-is without service level guarantees. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits or discontinue the free tier with 30 days' notice.
You may use MySuxess for lawful business operations including but not limited to: automating sales and marketing tasks, financial analysis, HR operations, business research, content creation, and data analysis — subject to the restrictions below.
You must not use MySuxess to:
When you connect third-party services to MySuxess, you warrant that you have the authority and right to grant MySuxess access to that data. You remain responsible for your use of those connected services in accordance with their terms.
You retain all ownership rights to the content and data you submit to MySuxess ("Your Content"). You also own the AI-generated outputs produced by missions you deploy, subject to any third-party rights in the underlying content.
By using the Service, you grant MySuxess a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license does not allow us to sell Your Content to third parties or use it for purposes other than those described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for Your Content, including ensuring that:
AI outputs are generated by language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. MySuxess does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before acting on them.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, databases, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by MySuxess and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to MySuxess's intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as described here.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, you grant MySuxess a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
MySuxess integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. If a third party revokes or restricts API access, related MySuxess features may become unavailable.
If you create a Digital Avatar:
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime, which we will schedule outside peak hours where possible and announce in advance for significant outages.
MySuxess makes no warranties about the availability of AI capabilities provided by third parties (Anthropic and others). Temporary unavailability of AI features due to third-party provider issues does not entitle you to refunds unless unavailability is sustained and material.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYSUXESS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) £100 (ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySuxess, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms begin when you create an account and continue until your account is terminated.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account in Settings. If you are on a paid plan, termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
We will provide advance notice of termination where reasonably possible, except for termination due to serious violations.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will delete Your Content within 30 days of account closure, except where required to retain it by law. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 11, and 13) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (for users in the United Kingdom and internationally, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise). Users in India are governed by the laws of India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally at asharanchess@gmail.com. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction, except that either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in courts of competent jurisdiction.
EU consumers: Nothing in this section affects your rights under EU mandatory consumer protection law or your right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email and by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
For changes required by law or in response to security threats, we may apply them immediately and provide notice as soon as practicable.
These Terms, including the Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and MySuxess regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
